trail run

solstice was a bust for me this year, kinda auspicious to wake up on your birthday with a violent stomach flu. just barely made it to the bbq, but ben got some fun pics - check out their blog this week.
feeling much better now, i got in a great trail run yesterday on pinnell mtn trail. kristen hiked with the dogs, and i ran. great day, the scenery was outrageous as usual. i didn't bring my camera but here's my favorite pic from the last time i did this trail a few years ago. no snow this year!
